Asset
Management
Assets are an organization’s tracked items. An asset has many different properties and is associated with an Asset Type. An Asset Type is a category in which the Asset belongs; i.e. Fire Door, Safety Door, Equipment, Cannabis, etc. Most other features of this platform are built around this concept.
Preventative Maintenance
Maintenance involves assigned workforce members either documenting or following specified Checklists which are chosen at the time of scheduling. This serves as historical documentation as well. Maintenances can be designated as cancelled, ignored, finished, or incomplete.
On-Site
Inspections
On-Site Inspections refers to scheduling an Inspection on an Asset. An inspection involves assigned workforce members either documenting or following specified Checklists which are chosen at the time of scheduling the Inspection. This serves as historical documentation as well. This is very similar to the Maintenance concept except Inspections must be marked as Passed or Failed.
Compliance
Tracking
Compliance Tracking ensures that all assets and operations within the organization meet legal and industry-specific requirements. This feature helps maintain compliance by providing a system for tracking certifications, audits, and regulatory requirements that assets or processes must adhere to. It also integrates with Maintenances and Inspections for full compliance verification.
Facility
Management
Facility Management offers a comprehensive view of the physical spaces and resources within an organization, allowing for efficient management of buildings, equipment, utilities, and services. This feature facilitates both day-to-day operations and long-term planning for facility upkeep.
Workforce
Collaboration
Comments facilitate communication between team members, allowing them to leave notes or updates on assets, maintenance, inspections, and compliance records. This helps in providing context, resolving issues, or documenting real-time observations.
